Am vazut flori de salcam gatite in multe feluri. Flori de salcam facute gogosele, pane sau clatite.Se mai faceun sirop foarte sanatos sau chiar dulceata din aceste flori.Ei, dar in prajitura de ce nu le-am putea folosi.Asa ca m-am gandit ca o prajitura cu crema de branza si un jeleu in care sa avem multe flori de salcam ar fi delicioasa si chiar a fost.<br />

300 ml lapte<br />
100 gr unt topit<br />
100 gr zahar<br />
coaja de lamaie<br />
esenta de vanilie<br />

Mod de preparare:<br />
<br />
Drojdia se lichefiaza cu putin zahar. Se adauga peste faina,apoi adaugam galbenusurile, zaharul, laptele caldut,aromele si untul topit.Se framanta pana avem un aluat elastic si bine lucrat. Se lasa la crescut.<br />
Cand aluatul a crescut dublu in volum il framantam 2 min dupa care intindem o foaie de aprox. 0,5 cm.Presaram deasupra din belsug decoruri de zahar colorate si apoi rulam foarte starns. Taiem felii sucitura si le asezam dupa cum vedeti in poza intr-o forma de copt in forma de inel.Se mai lasa la crescut 30 min dupa care se unge cu galbenus si apoi se coace.<br />

Am framntat separat un aluat pentru o pasca si pentru ca era mai mult decat am avut nevoie am mai facut din restul de aluat inca o coronita umpluta cu nutela si am presarat deasupra decoruri colorate de zahar .<br />

Batem albusurile spuma la care apoi adaugam zaharul si mai apoi galbenusurile.Incorporam faina, praful de copt si cacaua.<br />
Punem copozitia in forme speciale de copt in forma de lalea si ou. Cand sunt coapte se scot, se lasa sa se raceasca. Inainte de a fi umplute se taie partea bombata pentru a sta frumos pe platou.<br />

Ciocolata se pune impreuna cu frisca pe foc pentru cateva minute pentru a se topi ciocolata.Se da deoparte, adaugam untul si nuca macinata.Se lasa crema la rece dupa care se mixeaza.<br />
Taiem lalelele pe jumatate , le umplem cu crema si le montam la loc.<br />
Deasupra glazuram cu ciocolata topita la care adaugam putina frisca.Decoram cu ajutorul creioanelor cu glazura de zahar de la Dr.Oetker.<br />

Mod de preparare:<br />
<br />
Drojdia se amesteca cu zaharul pana se lichefiaza, se adauga 1 lingura de faina si putin lapte cald si se lasa cateva min sa creasca.<br />
Faina se amesteca cu untul.Adaugam smantana, , galbenusurile si restul ingredientelor si se framanta un aluat cala cozonac, ca doar asta este.<br />
Umplutura:<br />
Macul macinat, zaharul si laptele se pun pe foc pana incepe sa fiarba.Dupa ce a fiert 1-2 min se da deoparte si se adauga aromele. Se lasa sa se raceasca foarte bine.Cand macul este rece si aluatul este pregatit pentru intins foi se adauga albusurile batute spuma.<br />

<b>Mod de preparare:</b><br />
Pestele curatat si zvantat de apa se condimenteaza cu sare si piper. Se pune in tigaia incinsa ina care am pus 2 linguri de ulei de masline.Eu am prajit pestele in tigaia Delimano in care se putea si fara ulei insa imi place mie mai mult daca e stropit cu putin ulei.Se prajeste pe ambele parti .Avem grija cand il intoarcem sa nu il stricam,sa nu il rupem.<br />
Pe tigaia grill se aseaza ciupercutele una langa alta si le prajim bine. Le servim calde langa pestele si el cald. Mie mi-a placut cu putin sos de usturoi.<br />

Crema de branza scursa foarte bine de zer se mixeaza .Adaugam zaharul, semintele de vanilie din baton ,restul de arome.Mixam pana obtinem o crema fina.Incorporam si ouale continuand sa mixam.Punem crema peste compozitia de blat si uniformizam frumos deasupra.<br />
Ciocolata topita se pune din loc in loc si se marmoreaza usor cu un betisor.<br />
S e da la cuptor pentru 50-60 min la 160 grC.<br />

Cantitatile au fost suficiente pentru acest tort cu diametrul de 32 cm. Dupa cum vedeti in sectiune au iesit 6 foi. Cantitatea de crema de asemeni este suficienta pentru umplerea foilor.<br />
Acoperit cu jeleu de fructe de padure insa decorat si cu frisca. Pentru cifra am folosit ciocolata.<br />

<b>Mod de preparare:</b><br />

Albusurile se bat bine impreuna cu apa.Se adauga zaharul si batem in continuare pana acesta se topeste.Incorporam galbenusurile in bezea.Incorporam faina, praful de copt si cacaua. Omogenizam compozitia si o punem in forma de copt. Eu am copt blatul in tava rotunda de copt Delimano.<br />
Dupa ce s-a racit il taiem pe doua locuri si vom obtine 3 felii.<br />

<i>Crema:</i><br />
Frisca si ciocolata se pun la incalzit pana se topeste ciocolata. Lasam sa se raceasca 5-6 ore cel putin dupa care se mizeaza bine.<br />
Pentru insiropat pune apa cu zaharul sa fiarba. Cand s-a racit siropul adaugam esenta de rom.Cu acest sirop insiropam fiecare foaie de blat.<br />
<br />
Pentru montare asezam o foaie de blat pe platou, insiropam, intindem dulceata de visine peste care intindem jumatate din crema.Asezam a doua foaie, procedam in acelasi fel si apoi a treia foaie pe care o insiropam.Dam tortul la rece 2 ore.<br />

Pentru ca pasta de zahar sa se lipeasca mai bine de blat il ungem cu putina dulceata de visine insa fara fructe. Pasta se intinde foaie cu pe putin zahar pudra.Se aranjeaza peste tort.Decupam plusurile de pe margine.<br />
Pentru decor am desenat un sablon pe o coala de hartie si apoi am marcat urma pe pasta de zahar de pe tort. Se coloraza conform modelului si se decoreaza cu florile pregatite.<br />

<b>Mod de preparare:</b><br />

Ouale se bat spuma cu zaharul.Adaugam ciocolata topita amestecata cu uleiul.Se adauga laptele, esenta de cafea si apoi faina si praful de copt. Comozitia se omogenizeaza bine.<br />

Punem in fiecare forma compozitie pana la 3/4 din spatiu de coacere. Se coc la 180 grC 15-20 min.<br />
Se scot si se lasa sa se raceasca.<br />

<i>Crema pentru decor:</i><br />
Ciocolata si frisca se pun pe foc si se lasa pana se topeste ciocolata, adaugam esenta de cafea.Lasam crema sa se raceasca. Se mixeaza bine si apoi cu aceasta crema decoram prajiturile.Folosim si ornamente de la Dr.Oetker pentru a obtine un decor deosebit prajiturilor noastre.<br />

Pentru ziua de 8a martie m-am gandit sa modelez cativa trandafiri din plastilina de ciocolata alba. Cum multi dintre colegii de servici au vrut sa cumpere pentru sotii,iubite sau alte femei dragi din viata lor m-am ales cu o comanda frumusica.<br />

Legumele taiate fasii se pun la calit in putin ulei.Asezonam cu sare si piper dupa gust.<br />

Dupa prajire scoatem carnea pe o farfurie si scurgem grasimea rezultata.Daca dorim mai putem adauga o parte din grasime peste varza pentru gust insa conditia este ca la inceput sa existe la calit varza extrem de putin ulei.<br />
In tigaia in care am facut carnea se pune sucul de la doua din cele trei portocale.Cea de a treia se rade coaja si apoi se curata si se feliaza.<br />In sucul care fierbe se adauga zaharul, aveti grija sa gustati cat de dulce este sucul,daca e dulce puneti mai putin zahar.Se adauga de asenmeni sare si piper dupa gust.<br />
